Zhejiang Normal University (ZJNU), a leading university in mid-western Zhejiang Province, is the important base for training secondary-school teachers for the Province. With its early history traceable to 1956, the University has been growing more and more prominent since it was given the current name in 1985 by the Ministry of Education.
Since the administering of foreign affairs plays a significant role in a university’s academic achievement, ZNU has been making sustained efforts to strengthen its international exchanges and cooperation so as to explore the internationalization of education, to intensify its educational reform, to reinforce its faculty, and to enhance the diversity and preferability of the education it offers.
